NUPEMCO may provide editable / fillable RSA Registration Forms as well as Data Recapture Forms on this site for the purpose of collecting relevant information required for opening and or updating retirement savings account in-line with regulations issued by the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) and other relevant regulatory bodies.
d. Use of collected information
i. NUPEMCO will only use information collected from the editable PDFs for the purpose of opening and or updating individual retirement savings account.
ii. Other than in (i) above, we do not collect browser-IP-address information and anonymous-browser history to report information about site accesses and for profiling purposes.
e. Distribution of collected information
i. NUPEMCO will not disclose, without your consent, personal information collected about you, except for circumstances in which disclosure is required by law.
ii. NUPEMCO will not distribute or sell personal information to third-party organizations.
